Ingredients
- 2 4-6 oz salmon fillets without skin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced or crushed
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Avocado Salsa Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup tomato diced
- 2 tbsp onion diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

To bake salmon: Pre-heat oven to 400F. Place salmon on a sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Or pan sear on medium-high heat in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
To make avocado salsa

To make avocado salsa: Add the avocado, tomato, onion, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently mix with a spoon until fully combined. Plate and serve with lemon or lime.
